This is a complete set of six (6) Pro Dual Ring Pistons for all Mercury 2.5 Liter V6 2-Stroke Outboards with Steel or Nikasil-plated sleeves. Choice of Standard 3.500", Plus .010, plus .015, plus .020”, plus .030 bore,  plus .040 bore sizes.
 
Each Mercury Pro Piston Kit includes six (6) pistons, six (6) slip-fit wrist pins, twelve (12) piston rings, and twelve (12) wrist pin clips.
 
Before installing, ensure your Sleeves: 1) are the correct bore and are nearly perfectly round, 2) have cross-hatching from a hone to retain oil and lubricate for the pistons, 3) should not be glazed, which is a polished, shiny surface, and 4) should not be chipped, nicked, cut-through, or have worn spots.
