The Mercury Triple Ram Trim & Tilt Rebuild Kits from Buckshot Racing #77 are designed to restore the performance and reliability of Mercury's legendary three-ram trim and tilt systems found on thousands of Mercury and Mariner outboards.
 
These hydraulic systems utilize two outer trim cylinders and one center tilt cylinder, each requiring different seals and rebuild components.
 
Three Available Options
 
Option 1: Outer Twin Trim Ram Rebuild Kit (811612)
 
Replaces Mercury kit numbers 811612, 811612-1, 811612A1, 811612A2, and 811612A3. This kit services both outer trim cylinders only and includes the seals, O-rings, and wear components required to rebuild the pair of trim rams responsible for normal trimming operation while underway.
 
Option 2: Center Single Tilt Ram Rebuild Kit (41478)
 
Replaces Mercury kit number 25-41478A1. This kit services the single center tilt cylinder only, which is responsible for raising and lowering the outboard through its full tilt range. It includes the seals and O-rings required to restore lifting power and eliminate hydraulic leaks from the center ram.
 
Option 3: Both Outer & Center Triple Ram Rebuild Kit
 
For customers looking to completely refresh their Mercury trim and tilt system, Buckshot Racing #77 also offers a Complete Triple Ram Rebuild Kit that combines both the Twin Outer Trim Ram Kit (811612 Series) and the Center Tilt Ram Kit (25-41478A1) into one package.
 
This option rebuilds all three cylinders within the Mercury Triple Ram Trim & Tilt assembly, making it the preferred choice for complete restorations, high-performance applications, older systems with multiple leaks, or preventative maintenance while the trim assembly is already disassembled.
