This is a brand new Mercury Racing Short Trim Ram Cylinder Assembly for the 12" and 15" ROS mid-sections.  8M0050805 is an OEM trim cylinder assembly part for Mercury Marine. It's a newer version of the 44120 A5 trim cylinder assembly.
