This is a remastered original STV Custom Race Boats "SAMRAD" logo decal (~4.25" x 6.15"). It is an iconic symbol representing the legacy of high-performance Pro Comp Ski Mod VP boats that once dominated the IOGP (International Outboard Grand Prix) series.
 
The crowned or crested "S" design, instantly recognizable and often seen on these legendary hulls, was created not specifically for the boats, but the SAMRAD Crown (short for Summerford Advanced Marine Research and Development) found its way onto most River Rockets, Euros, Tandem Mod VP, Laser Tunnel Vees (LTV), Ski Bottom hulls and STV Drag boats.
 
Although it wasn’t initially intended to appear on the boats themselves, the logo became a signature of the STV brand, embraced by racers and performance boating enthusiasts alike.
