This is a Through-Hub Semi-Cleaver Stainless Steel Performance Propeller for 40-70 HP outboards.  It fits the standard flo torq mini hub kit for Yamaha, OMC, Mercury, and Tohatsu.
 
These are made-to-order for $435 in three (3) sizes and in a polished finish with an included hub kit. Available in rights for all right-hand turning flo-torq gearcase applications.
